我院2009年～2012年输血不良反应的统计与分析

目的通过对我院2009年-2012年发生输血不良反应的51例临床资料的统计与分析，了解输血不良反应的性质、特点及概率，总结有效降低输血不良反应的措施。方法通过查阅病历和输血不良反应回报单，对临床输注相关血制品的不良反应进行统计分析，记录发生输血不良反应的情况。结果在5977例受血者中，发生非溶血性输血反应51例，发生率为0．78％，其中发热反应7例，发生率为0．18％；过敏反应24例，发生率为0．60％。结论建立并严格执行规范化的用血制度，同时积极推广成分输血能有效降低输血不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate and analyze the ratio, type and characteristics of adverse transfusion reactions by analyzing the clinical data ot 31 cases in our hospital from 2009 to 2012.Methods According to the record of adverse transfusion reaction, types and cases of clinical transfusion of blood products, as well as the adverse reaction type, blood transfusion volume, the recipients＇ gender, age, history of blood transfusion, blood type, disease, and so on were recorded and analyzed. Results In total 3977 cases of blood recipients, 31 cases of non-hemolytic transfusion reaction were occurred and the incidence rate was 0.78%. Among them 7 exothermic reactions and 24 cases of allergic reactions were observed, which accounted for 0.18% and 0.60% respectively. Conclusion Establishing and strictly implementing the standardization of blood system, actively popularizing composition blood transfusion can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse transfusion reaction.
