摘要
目的探讨罗格列酮联合阿托伐他汀（立普妥）治疗混合性高脂血症的疗效与安全性。方法将126例混合性高脂血症患者随机分为两组，对照组65例患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组65例患者则在对照组的基础上加用罗格列酮治疗，8周为一个疗程，并比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95．24％，对照组为79．37％，两组相比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论罗格列酮联合阿托伐他汀治疗混合性高脂血症能全面改善血脂变化，疗效确切，安全可靠，是一种较理想的结合药物。
Objective Rosiglitazone and atorvastatin （Lipitor） efficacy and safety in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia. Methods 126 patients with mixed hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into two groups, 63 cases in the control group were given atorvastatin treatment, the observation group 63 patients in the control group based on the use of rosiglitazone treatment, 8 weeks for a course of treatment, clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.24%, 79.37% in the control group, the two groups was statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion rosiglitazone and atorvastatin in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia can improve the blood lipid changes, curative effect is exact, safe and reliable, is an ideal combination of drugs.
