2012年白云区居民主要死因及期望寿命分析

目的了解白云区居民主要死亡原因及居民寿命减短的主要原因，为制定疾病预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法利用死因监测系统数据及人口统计数据，编制简略寿命表和去死因寿命表，分析居民死亡原因及对期望寿命的影响。结果2012年白云区居民粗死亡率为265．9；／1077，居民死亡原因前五位是：循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、疾病和死亡的外因、内分泌、营养和代谢的疾病，居民平均期望寿命是82岁（男性81．18岁，女性84．26岁）。结论白云区居民主要死亡原因以慢性非传染性疾病为主，对不同性别、不同年龄相关的疾病应采取相应的预防控制措施，有针对性地开展开展健康教育，防治结合，提高居民的整体健康水平。

Objective We want to analyze the predominant causes of death and potential years of life Iost（PYLL） of residents in Baiyun District, to provide the scientific basis for the establishment of disease prevention and control measures. Methods We established the abridged life table and the cause eliminated life table by using the surveillance data and the demographic data of residents in Baiyun District so as to analy the causes of death of residents and the impact on life expectancy. Results In 2012, the crude death rate of Baiyun District residents was 265.97/100000. The top five causes of PYLL were circulation system disease, tumor, disease of respiratory system, external cause of illness and death, Endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases. The life expectancy of residents in Baiyun District was 82 years in 2012 （Male 81.18 years old, female 84.26 years old）. Conclusion In Baiyun District, the main causes of death is in chronic non-communicable diseases, take corresponding prevention and control measures should be on different gender, different age related diseases, to carry out targeted health education, combining prevention with control, improve the overall health level of residents.
