社区综合干预对恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的影响

目的评价社区综合干预对恶性肿瘤患质生存质量的影响，为制定改善肿瘤患者生存质量策略提供参考。方法从2012年1月1日-12月30日广州市白云区确诊肿瘤患者中选取符合条件的108例患者，依照随机原则分成对照组和干预组，对干预组病人进行常规治疗、健康教育、人文护理、心理干预、营养支持等社区综合干预措施后，应用SF56问卷，对两组肿瘤患者进行评价。结果干预后，干预组躯体疼痛维度得分71．66＋14．52、一般健康状况维度得分62．65±15．59、精力维度得分51．25±14．56、情感职能维度47．16±12．89、精神健康维度70．48±17．55，以上五个维度得分均有明显提高（p〈0．05）。结论本研究的社区综合干预措施能有效改善恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量。

ObjectiveWe analyzed the effects of community comprehensive intervention in the quality of life of patients with theriorna, in order to provide a reference to improve the quality of life of patients with therioma.Method We selected 108 patients complying with the conditions from those diagnosed with therioma from January 1, 2012 to December 30 in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City.Then we divided the patients into intervention group and control group according to the random allocation principle. Intervention group patients were implemented community comprehensive intervention such as conventional therapy, health education, humanistic care, psychological intervention, nutritional support. After that, we analyzed and evaluated these two groups of patients by using SF-36（ the MOS 36-item short form health survey）. Results After the intervention, the intervention group body pain scored 71.66±14.32,general health status scored 62.65±13.39, energy score 51.25±14.56,emotional function dimension scored 47.16±12.89, Mental health dimension scored 70.48±17.55.We found that the intervention group patients＇ five dimension scores were improved significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The community comprehensive interventions can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with therioma.
