摘要
目的正确做出压疮的护理诊断，预防为主。方法对这12名压疮患者建立慢性病档案，定期到家中随访，了解病情，给予不同的护理建议，有针对性地制定合理的护理指导方案。结果12例均得到合理有效的治疗和护理，控制发展和并发症。结论以病人为中心，一切从病人的实际出发，客观地承认压疮危险因素，而且充分认识其危害，并努力研究，才可能取得突破性进展。
Objective To explore the role of prevention and personalized care planning in the treatment of bedsore. Methods Established the chronic disease records of 12 patients with bedsore, then regular following-up and the reasonable nursing guidance were made according to the patients＇actual situation. Results All the 12 patients were treated and nursed effectively, which availably decrease the development and complications of bedsore. Conclusion Taking patient-centered health and personalized care planning, combining with recognize the risk factors and hazard of the bedsore, we could make breakthrough progress in the bedsore treatment.
