摘要
骨折内固定治疗目的是为骨折提供一个愈合的力学和生物学的稳定环境,骨折治疗的AO原则强调解剖对位及坚强固定,但是过分显露会加重组织损伤,增加感染、骨折延迟愈合的风险。近年来以强调局部微循环保护为主的生物学固定理念日趋得到临床重视,由此产生的微创钢板内固定技术正成为当今骨创治疗热点。2005年2月-2009年2月间我们根据生物学固定的要求以普通钢枷按微创内固定技术治疗21例复杂胫骨骨折患者,取得了满意的临床效果。
