浅谈老年人急性肠梗阻的病因及其治疗方案

目的探讨老年人急性肠梗阻的病因及其治疗方案。方法选取本院自2009年1月-2015年共收治老年急性肠梗阻100例，进行总结分析。结果本组选取100例患者中死亡20例（病死率20％），均为手术组患者，其中有1例死于手术中。死亡原因总结如下：癌肿广泛转移、恶病质9例，术后肠瘘2例，术后并发肺栓塞1例，因糖尿病并发重度感染1例，重度肺部感染引起呼吸功能表竭5例，中毒性休克2例。结论老年急性肠梗阻的主要病因为肿瘤和肠粘连，医生应该注重围手术期处理，早期正确诊断、合理手术可有效降低术后并发症和病死率。

Objective To investigate the etiology of acute intestinal obstruction in aged patients and its treatment. Methods selected 100 cases in our hospital from 2010 January -2013 year in elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction were reviewed, summarized and analyzed. Results in this group, 20 of 100 patients died （mortality rate 20%）, all patients in operation group, of which 1 cases died of operation. The causes of death are summarized as follows： cancer cachexia widespread metastasis, 9 cases, 2 cases of postoperative intestinal fistula, 1 cases with pulmonary embolism after operation, because of diabetes complicated with severe infection in 1 cases, severe lung infection and respiratory failure 3 cases, 2 cases of toxic shock, preoperative emergency barium enema and multiple organ function failure in 1 cases. Conclusion elderly acute intestinal obstruction mainly because of cancer and intestinal adhesion, doctors should pay attention to surround operation period processing, early diagnosis, rational operation can effectively reduce the postoperative complications and mortality.
