摘要
以广东省珠三角地区190家制造业为调查对象,构建了政府支持、信任与供应链整合间的理论模型,并利用阶层回归分析工具,实证研究了政府支持、信任与内部整合对供应商整合、客户整合的关系和作用机制及其交互作用的影响机制。研究结果表明,内部整合对供应商整合存在显著的正向影响,而对客户整合的影响不显著;信任与客户整合存在显著的正向影响,而对供应商整合的影响不显著;此外,尽管政府支持因素对供应商、客户整合的影响均不显著,但其与内部整合、信任的交互作用对供应商和客户整合有显著正向影响。
This study propose and test a theoretical model that specifies the relationship between government support, trust and supply chain integration, using data collected from manufacturing firms in Pearl River Delta, with hierarchical regression method to determine the relationship and impact among them. The results show that internal integration has a significant impact on supplier integration, while it does not impact customer integration significantly; trust has a significant impact on customer integration, however, no significant relationship between trust and supplier integration could be found. Furthermore, we also examine the interactive effect of government support, internal integration and trust; the results indicate that although government support does not have a significant impact on external integration with suppliers and customers, their interactive effect on external integration with suppliers and customers is significant.
