摘要
产品开发中对设计管理方法的选择与应用是产品创新的重要研究领域。本研究通过调取设计管理方法系统中的方法模块,并选择有效方法模块作为核心方法组成模块组植入到产品开发策略流程中,建立起产品开发整体解决方案的设计策略方法模型,同时结合产品开发实际案例进行实证研究。研究重点主要集中在:①运用产品开发前期核心方法SET法寻找产品机会;②运用产品开发中期核心方法 UCD法完成产品开发定位;③运用产品开发后期核心方法麦尔斯价值分析法和结构映射分析法进行产品价值评估。最终的研究成果将为产品开发团队提供有效的应用策略机制。
The selection and application of the design management method in the product development is an important research field for the product innovation. This paper builds the design strategy method model of total solution on product development by accessing the method module from the design management method system and embedding the design method module set with some method module at its core into the product development strategy process, and, moreover, conducts empirical study by using the actual case of product development. This paper focuses its research priorities on: 1. Use the product development prophase core method named SET to seek product opportunities ; 2. Use the product development metaphase core method named UCD to position the product development ; 3. Use the product development anaphase core method named MILES value analysis method and Structure mapping analysis method to conduct the product evaluation. The final research findings will supply valuable application strategy to the product development team.
