菊科植物林泽兰三萜化学成分的分离提取与结构 被引量:7

摘要 研究了菊科植物林泽兰(Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.)中丰富的三萜类化学成分,采用溶剂萃取和各种正反相色谱技术分离纯化,利用高分辨质谱,一维及二维核磁共振等技术鉴定其结构。共分离鉴定得到8个三萜类化合物,其中一个新三萜类化合物:eucalyptic acid(Ⅰ)、eucalyptic acid B(Ⅱ)、eucalyptolic acid(Ⅲ)、麦珠子酸(al-phitolic acid,Ⅳ)、桦木酸(betulinic acid,Ⅴ)、3β,30-二羟基-羽扇豆醇酸(3β,30-dihydroxyiup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid,Ⅵ)、3β-羟基-30-降羽扇豆烷-20-酮-28-酸(platanic acid,Ⅶ)、山楂酸(maslinic acid,Ⅷ)。所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。 To investigate the prolific triterpenes in Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.,The compounds were isolated by repeated chromatography on reversed-phase columns MCI gel columns,normal-phase Silica gel columns and Sephadex LH-20 column The structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis(1D-NMR,2D-NMR,LC-ESIMS,HRESI-MS,EI-MS) and by comparison of the data with those reported data in the literature.Eight triterpene compounds:eucalyptic acid(Ⅰ)、eucalyptic acid B(Ⅱ)、eucalyptolic acid(Ⅲ) 、alphitolic acid(Ⅳ)、betulinic acid(Ⅴ)、3β,30-dihydroxyiup-20 (29)-en-28-oic acid(Ⅵ)、platanic acid(Ⅶ)、maslinic acid(Ⅷ).were isolated for the first time from Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.
