摘要
为了保证沙河渡槽工程质量与安全可靠性,针对工程布置、结构选型与设计以及施工开展了一系列技术研究与试验。主要介绍沙河渡槽选址选线、渡槽总体结构选型与布置、水头优化分配、水力学模型试验、结构分析研究、槽身架槽机施工技术方案研究、预制槽蒸养温控仿真研究、原型槽充水与止水试验、预应力张拉试验、桩基静载试验等技术研究与试验成果。对于完善大流量预应力渡槽的设计理论,以及推动大型渡槽机械化施工具有重要的推广价值。
To ensure the quality and reliability of Shahe aqueduct Project, a series of technical studies and tests were carried out towards the project layout, structural selection and design as well as construction. We mainly introduce the technological research and test results including site determination of Shahe aqueduct, general structural selection and layout of the aqueduct, optimal allocation of water head, hydraulic model tests, structural analysis, construction scheme of the aqueduct - building machine, simulation study on steam curing and temperature control of precast aqueduct, water filling and sealing tests of prototype aqueduct, pre - stress tensioning test, static loading test of pile foundation. The research achievements are helpful to perfecting the design theory of large - scale aqueduct as well as promoting its mechanized construction.
