南水北调中线河南禹州16号任坡分水口门主要向禹州市和神垕镇供水,但需用水泵将水位台高142.80 m。对一级泵站供水和二级泵站供水方式进行比较后,最终确定采用一级泵站供水方案。根据泵站总扬程和提水流量,选定的水泵型式为双吸离心泵,主厂房内设置水泵3台,2用1备,单机容量630 kW,电压为10 kV,水泵按单列布置。详细介绍了设计过程,可供高扬程长距离输水泵站设计参考。
The water conveyance pipe to Yuzhou City of Henan Province, with a total length of 16.27 km and design lift of 142.80m, starts at No. 16 diversion gate of Middle Route Project of South - to - North Water Diversion. The water supply scheme of one phase pumping station is eventually adopted after compared with two phases pumping stations. According to the total lift and water - lifting flow, double - suction centrifugal pump with uuit capacity of 630kW and voltage of 10kV was selected. Three water pumps (one for spare) are set in the main planthouse with single - row layout. The paper introduces the design process of the pump station, which can be referred by designer of high - lift pump station for long - distance water conveyance.
