摘要
双洎河渡槽为南水北调中线工程上的一座大型渡槽,采用双厢预应力矩形槽结构形式,利用造槽机施工。在设计过程中,用平面结构力学方法初步计算预应力筋配制,用三维有限元法进一步校核并优化槽身三向预应力布置。在槽身施工时,考虑到造槽机产生的施工期荷载,利用三维有限元法对槽身预应力筋提前张拉的顺序进行了优化。经上述设计优化,渡槽成功通过充水验证,证明了设计、施工的可靠性。
Shuangjihe pre - stressed thin - wall aqueduct with double box - sections, a large scale aqueduct in Middle Route Project of South - to - North Water Diversion, was build by aqueduct building machine. In the structure design process, layout of pre -stressed tendons were preliminarily analyzed by plain structural mechanics and further checked by 3D FEM. In aqueduct construction process, tensioning priority order of the pre - stressed tendons was optimized by 3D FEM considering construction temporary load induced by aqueduct building machine. Through the optimization, the aqueduct has passed the water - filling test, proving reliability of its design and construction.
