摘要
南水北调中线一期工程总干渠黄河北-羑河北段总长约195 km,共有72孔工作闸门,为满足工程运行和管理的需要,决定采用液压传动和电气控制相结合的方法对闸门进行自动控制。由于液压启闭机油缸活塞杆长期处于水中或潮湿的环境中易锈蚀,从而影响其使用寿命和机械性能,故而对陶瓷与镀铬活塞杆方案进行了详细比较,最终选用陶瓷活塞杆方案,并配置了与陶瓷活塞杆配套的CPM行程检测装置。
The total reach length between the Yellow River and the Youhe River of the Middle Route Project of South - to - North Diversion is about 195 km with 72 service gates. In order to meet the demands of operation and management, the service gates are controlled automatically by hydraulic transmission system and electrical control system. As the cylinder piston rods of the hoist are prone to corrode in the moist environment, resulting in reduction of lifetime and mechanical properties. Therefore, the scheme of ceramic - plated piston rod with matched CPM stroke detection device is eventually selected after a detailed com- parison between ceramic and chrome- plated piston rods.
