摘要
针对有线或人工方式获取油气井口两相流数据存在现场布线复杂、获取数据实时性差等弊端,设计了基于GPRS方式的两相流计量系统。首先设计了UART接口转换电路,实现了井口数据处理单元与GPRS模块的通信;然后利用GPRS网络将各井口气液两相流数据实时传至数据中心上位机;最后,由数据中心上位机通过Internet接收并存储GPRS模块发送的数据,为生产管理、操作优化等提供直接的参考依据。理论上,凡是GPRS网络覆盖的范围都可通过该方式实现数据的传输与井口设备的管理,因此将GPRS应用到两相流计量系统中具有较好的推广性和广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the malpractice existing in the wired or artificial measures for acquiring data of oil/gas two-phase flow at wellhead,e.g.,complex field wiring,and poor performance of data acquisition,etc.,the two-phase flow measurement system based on GPRS is designed.Firstly,the UART interface conversion circuit is designed for realizing communication between wellhead data processing unit and GPRS module.Then by adopting GPRS network,the data of gas/liquid two-phase flow at each wellhead are transmitted to data center host computer in real time.Finally,the data transmitted from GPRS module are received via Internet and stored in host computer,thus reference data for production management and operation optimization are directly provided.Theoretically,data transmission and management of wellhead equipment might be implemented through this way everywhere that covered by GPRS network.Then the application of GPRS in two-phase flow measurement system is worth to be promoted and has broad application prospects.
