摘要
针对某供热锅炉燃烧效率低的问题,设计了一种新型锅炉燃烧优化控制系统。系统采用C#设计燃烧优化算法,利用OPC技术从原WinCC上位机监控系统获取优化所需的锅炉运行数据,经优化运算后再将数据反馈给WinCC和PLC,实现对锅炉的优化控制。经现场运行表明,系统最大限度地提高了锅炉的燃烧效率,实现了节能。
Against the low combustion efficiency problem of a certain type of heating boiler,a new type of optimal combustion control system is designed.In the system,the optimal combustion algorithm is designed by adopting C#,and the boiler operation data which are necessary to be optimized are obtained from WinCC host computer monitoring system by using OPC technology,then the optimized calculation results are feedback to WinCC and PLC,thus the optimal boiler control is implemented.The practical operation of this system shows that the combustion efficiency of the boiler is maximized and energy saving is implemented.
