摘要
介绍了一种基于拉曼光谱的在线分析仪表,该仪表用于甲醇汽油的调和过程检测。在线分析仪的主机安置于远离现场的操作室,利用长光纤与工业现场的拉曼探头连接;结合先进的光谱数据处理算法,对油样进行质量分析。实际运行结果表明,该分析仪能对调和成品油中的甲醇含量进行质量连续监控,具有分析速度快、精度高、维护简便的优点。该分析仪不仅替代了传统的离线检测方法,也为企业稳定、优化生产提供了重要手段。
The online analyzer based on Raman spectroscopy is introduced for using in process detection of methanol gasoline blending.The main machine of the online analyzer is placed in the remote operation room and connected with the field Raman probe via long optical fiber.By combining with advanced spectral data processing algorithm,the quality analysis of oil samples is conducted.The result of practical operation indicates that the analyzer continuously monitors methanol content in blended finished oil and features fast speed analysis,high accuracy and ease maintenance.The instrument replaces traditional offline detection method,and also provides enterprises with significant measure for stable and optimal production.
