摘要
针对工程师在进行扭矩系数的计算中缺乏对表面处理的深入认识,忽略了镀层厚度和铬酸盐处理对螺栓扭矩系数的影响,会造成扭矩系数偏差过大,进而对螺栓连接的可靠性造成重大安全隐患的问题,对不同镀锌层厚度和铬酸盐处理的螺栓进行了实验分析,得出了镀锌层厚度和铬酸盐处理对螺栓拧紧特性的影响规律,为螺栓的选型和设计提供了可靠依据。
Further understanding of surface finish should not be overlooked when the nut factor is calculated. The effect of coating thickness and chromate treatment on the nut factor will lead to big nut factor scatter and significant security risk on the re- liability of the bolt connection. In order to solve these problems, the bolts with different Zinc coating thickness and chromate treat- ment were carried on the experiment analysis. The rule of the effect of coating thickness and chromate treatment on the tightening attribute was obtained. It provides a reliable basis for selecting and designing bolts.
