摘要
试验研究了活塞泵内气体量、灌装液料和灌液速度方案对活塞式液体灌装系统灌装精度的影响及提高灌装精度的相应方法,并采用精度补偿的方法对系统固有特性与灌装液料引起的误差进行了有效补偿。试验结果对活塞式高精度液体灌装机的研发与调试提供了技术支持,具有一定参考意义。
A piston liquid filling machine was designed and then the influence of the amount of gas piston pump, filling liquid material and liquid filling velocity on the filling accuracy piston liquid filling system was investigated. The corresponding method to improve filling accuracy was discussed. The inherent error and the error caused by the liquid material were effectively compensated by the method of error and precision compensation. The results can provide technical support for the development and debugging of piston type high -precision liquid filling machine and have certain reference significance.
