摘要
利用移动互联网技术,采用C/S体系构建了基于Google Android平台的ESM(experience samplingmethod)软件测评技术,提供了一种利用ESM技术收集和处理数据的新方法,提出了在服务器端按研究要求设计抽样方式和内容,同时利用Android智能终端快速准确地采集包括用户标识码、地理位置、答题时间、所耗时间等在内的各种研究数据,并进行数据分析,具有较高的信度和效度。该方法可以广泛地运用在满意度调查、用户体验、危机事件干预等网络心理与行为的研究中。
A C/S system was designed based on the Google Android platform for the ESM software. On the server, researchers can design an ESM study easily according to the requirements. On the client, researchers can collect data by Android intelligent terminal quickly and accurately. By this way, the various research data can be worked in high reliability and validity. This method can be widely applied to internet behavior research such as user satisfaction surveys,user experience and crisis intervention.
