摘要
研究了属性权重和属性值均以模糊语言形式给出的多属性群决策问题,定义了一种模糊语言评估标度及相应的三角模糊数表达方式;利用三角模糊数的期望值排序公式和FOWA算子先对模糊决策信息进行群集结,再对各方案的属性进行加权集结并进行方案的排序与择优,提出了一种基于模糊语言评估和FOWA算子的多属性群决策方法,最后举例说明了该方法的应用。
The multi - attribute group decision - making problems were discussed, in which all attribute weights and attribute values were given in the form of linguistic terms. A scale of linguistic assessments and corresponding representation of triangular fuzzy numbers were defined. The expected values priority formula of triangular fuzzy numbers and fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (FOWA) operator were employed to aggregate the fuzzy assessments of each alternative with respect to each criterion into group information. And then the attribute values of all alternative were weighted. On the basis of them the ranking order of all alternatives was determined and the best alternative was obtained. A new method of multi - attribute group decision - making problems based on linguistic assessments and FOWA operator was proposed. Finally, the application of the developed method was illustrated with an example.
