摘要
针对车灯灯罩易发生开裂的情况,提出了一种降低注塑件残余应力的方法。首先使用Moldflow分析软件,借助正交优化方法,对注塑成型工艺参数进行优化,以降低注塑件模内残余应力。然后使用ANSYS分析软件,模拟制品去应力退火的过程。结果表明,灯罩残余应力大大降低。这对指导工程实际生产,提高生产效率和产品质量,具有重要意义。
According to the cracking problem of lampshade, this paper introduced a method to reduce the residual stress. First, in order to reduce the in-cavity residual stress of the injection molding products, the injection molding process parameters had been optimized by orthogonal experimental method in Moldflow. Then, the annealing process was simulated in the ANSYS. The results showed that the residual stress of the lampshade was greatly reduced, so it had a great significance to guide production to improve production efficiency and product quality.
