摘要
以煤基均聚聚丙烯(PP)1102K为基体树脂,对比研究了透明成核剂Millad 3988与Millad NX8000对PP性能的影响。结果表明,成核剂添加量低于0.25%(质量分数)时,Millad 3988对PP雾度的改善优于Millad NX8000,而成核剂添加量高于0.25%时,Millad NX8000对PP雾度的改善优于Millad 3988;两种成核剂对PP弯曲模量及热变形温度的影响程度相当;Millad NX8000对PP黄色指数的改善较大;在制成的设计有加强筋的板片上,加强筋处未出现真空气泡。
The effect of transparent nucleating agents Millad 3988 and Millad NX8000 on the properties of homo-polypropylene was comparatively investigated with coal-based homo-polypropylene l102K as basic resin. The results showed that when nucleating agent addition amount was less than 0.25%, the effect of Millad 3988 on haze of PP was better than that of Millad NX8000, and the nucleation agent addition was more than 0.25%, the effect was just the opposite. The influence of two kinds of nucleating agent on the flexural modulus and heat deformation temperature of PP was similar. Improvement of Millad NX8000 to yellow index of PP was greater. In the plate made with strengthening ribs, strengthening ribs were without vacuum bubbles.
