摘要
在聚丙烯(PP)熔融接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)过程中,用2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(DHBP)作引发剂,研究引发剂加入量对PP熔融接枝GMA产物的热稳定性及力学性能的影响。通过采用傅里叶红外光谱、热失重分析、差示扫描量热仪、力学性能测试等表征产物性能,结果表明,GMA成功接枝到了PP大分子链上;随着DHBP加入量增加产物的热稳定性大幅下降;PP接枝物的熔点降低,结晶温度升高。
In the process of polypropylene (PP) melt grafting glycidyl methacrylate ( GMA), with 2, 5-dimethyl-2, 5-di (t-butylperoxy) hexane (DHBP) as initiator, the effect of added initiator contents on the thermal stability and mechanical properties of PP melt grafting GMA product was studied. The properties were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry and mechanical property test. The results showed that: GMA successfully grafted onto the PP macromolecular chains, the thermal stability of PP was significantly decreased, the melting point was decreased and the crystallization temperature was increased with the initiator adding.
