摘要
港口机械上的许多重要部位在工作中承受着巨大的振动载荷,螺纹紧固件会发生失效松脱。本文在分析变牙型螺纹结构和防松原理的基础上,基于ANSYS有限元软件建立了弹塑性有限元分析模型,分析了变牙型螺纹的受力,阐述了其防松机理,验证了其防松性能。
Many important parts of port machinery often work under tremendous vibration loads. The threaded fasteners will be loose under these vibration loads. The ANSYS software was employed to establish a plastic finite element analysis model based on the structure and locking principle of the thread connection. Force and locking mechanism of this thread connection was analyzed. The locking properties was verified.
