摘要
本文依据《旱限水位(流量)确定办法》,考虑尼尔基水库所承担的城乡供水、企业生产、农业灌溉、交通航运或环境生态等主要供水任务,结合一定设计来水情况,以逐月滑动计算的水库应供水量与死库容之和最大值所对应的水库水位作为依据,并考虑库内取水设施高程、抗旱应急调水限额等因素,综合分析确定尼尔基水库的旱限水位。
According to the determination of drought limit water level(discharge) and the main water supply tasks of Nierji reservoir,such as urban domestic water,production water,agriculture irrigation,navigation and ecological environment,combining the some design runoff conditions,the paper calculates the water level corresponding to the sum maximum value of the monthly moving-average necessary water supply and the dead storage capacity,determines comprehensively the drought limit water level of Nierji reservoir with considering the factors of the elevation of water intake facilities in reservoir and the quota of drought emergency water transfer.
