对失地农民安置社区内自发性商业现象的思考——基于郑州市郑东新区五州社区调研

Spontaneous Commercial Phenomenon Within The Land-lost Farmers Resettlement Community—— Based on The Research of WuZhou Community in Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou City

五州社区是郑州市郑东新区的第一批失地农民安置社区。以该社区内出现的自发性商业现象为切入点,分析其基本特征和影响,揭示其长期稳定存在的原因,并根据社区居民的生活状况和现实需求,提出改进建议。通过自发性商业现象,反思失地农民安置社区规划中社区商业配套等方面的问题,探讨在被动城镇化过程中失地农民成为"新市民"之后的生活需求,以期他们能够更好地融入城市。

WuZhou community located in zhengdong new district of zhengzhou city is one of the first batch of land- lost farmers resettlement community. Taking the phenomenon of spontaneous business in the community as breakthrough point, the paper analysis its basic characteristics and influence to reveal the reasons for its long-term and stable existence, then puts forward suggestions for improvement according to the living conditions and practical needs of community residents. Based on the analysis of spontaneous commercial phenomenon , The paper shows the problems of commercial facilities and other aspects in land-lost farmers resettlement community planning, and then discusses the needs of the land-lost farmers who become ＂new residents＂ in the process of passive urbanization in order to help them integrate into the city life easily.
