伦敦市场是伦敦市重要的城市空间,既保持了浓郁的地方特色,又融汇了多个国家的文化特色,近几年逐渐成为伦敦旅游的核心之地。从梳理伦敦市场的典型类型与空间分布入手,通过研究伦敦市场的发展模式、文化特征、经营时段、产权管理、政策支撑以及推动社区发展等几个方面,试图总结其从"地方"走向"全球"过程中所具备的关键因素,意在为中国城市焕发空间活力,实现可持续发展提供参考。
City Mall has become the current important commercial space in domestic and foreign metropolises. Using of the perspective of City Mall' s producing, the paper reviewed the evolution of urban commercial space in ancient and summed up the dynamical mechanism of urban commercial space based on the requirement of human being. City Mall can satisfy people to the highest levels of material and spiritual needs, So it think that business functions, consumer groups and the commercial space is the necessary condition of world famous city.
