摘要
内蒙古自治区的蒙古族人口比较集中,以蒙古语为母语的学习者较多,接受双语教学的群体也较多。内蒙古自治区实行的"蒙-汉-英""三语"教学是当前民族双语教育中的一种特殊环节。笔者以内蒙古自治区集宁师范学院为例,主要针对蒙文系及蒙汉双语教育背景下的蒙古族学生的英语学习状况进行了问卷调查,并加以分析研究。通过调查,发现蒙古族学生在学习英语的过程中受母语以及双语背景的影响,存在许多困难与问题。
In the recent years the research of trilingual education, as one special link of the minorities' bilingual education, has gradually taken its form on a large Scale. The population of the Mongolian nationality in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, among whom there are more learners with the Mongolian language as their mother tongue and more communities of learners to receive bilingual education, is relatively dense. The trilingual education to be implemented in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region- the education in Mongolian, Chinese and English is one special link of the minorities' bilingual education. Therefore, in the thesis, by making a case study of Jining Normal University, the investigation of the English learning status of the Mongolian students has been carried out through the questionnaires specific to the college students in the department of the Mongolian language and the data from it has been analyzed and studied so as to know more about the present related situation. It has been found in the survey that the process of the Mongolian students' English learning is actually affected by their mother tongue and their background of bilingual education. There are certain implications for other minorities that some similar problems and issues exist in their English teaching of bilingual education and that a common effort will be essential for all the similar colleges or universities and relevant departments to find practical solutions to many problems and issues.
