重庆市长寿湖周边农村环境综合整治的规划实践与探索

Implementation and Exploration of Comprehensive Improvement Planning of Countryside Environment around Changshou Lake in Chongqing

以环境连片整治为核心,从战略性的角度考量农村地区的统一协调发展问题,探索农村环境综合规划编制的方法与内容。研究以重庆市长寿湖周边地区村庄综合整治为案例,按照整合、梳理与整治的分阶段工作思路,将分片整治、分类整治、分项整治三者结合,从用地统筹、产业协调、交通衔接、设施布置、风貌改善等角度提出农村地区环境综合整治的具体措施和要求。

Focused on continuous environmental improvement, the issue of coordinate rural development is studied from strategic aspect and ways and contents of comprehensive planning for countryside environment. Based on the case of comprehensive countryside environment improvement of Chang- shou lake in Chongqing, combined with the working ideas of integration, summaries and improvement, fragmentation improvement, classification im- provement and itemization improvement should be implemented altogether. Specific measures and requirements of countryside environment are present- ed from the aspects of land use planning, industrial coordination, traffic facility and landscape optimization.
