淮安市新农村建设综合评价研究

按照一定原则设计了淮安市新农村建设评价指标体系,具体包括5个一级指标和20个二级指标,根据相关标准并结合淮安市经济社会发展实际水平确定了标准值.在评价指标体系的基础上,运用综合指数评价法,对淮安市的新农村建设进行了整体评价.从不同角度对新农村建设的情况做了比较分析,明确了当前淮安市新农村建设的水平,总结了淮安市在新农村建设方面的成功与不足,并根据研究结果和实际发展情况提出了推进淮安市新农村建设的对策建议.
