摘要 目的 :探讨母乳喂养加维生素D(VitD)的必要性。方法 :将单纯母乳喂养 (16例 )和母乳加VitD喂养婴儿 (2 5例 )进行骨密度测量比较。结果 :母乳喂养儿骨矿物质含量、骨密度较母乳加VitD喂养儿明显降低。结论 :在婴儿早期加用VitD对婴儿骨骼发育有促进作用 ,母乳喂养早期加用VitD是非常必要的。 Objective:To investigate the necessity of vitamin D added at early time of breast-feeding.Methods:The bone density and the bony mineral substance had been compared between two groups of infants,group one received only breast milk and the other vitamin D added.Results:The group receiving breast milk and vitamin D,the content of bony mineral substance and the bone density were apparently higher than in the infants received only breast-feeding.Conclusion:The results showed that vitamin D can promote the development of bone in infants.Vitamin D is neccessary in the early time of breast-feeding.
