和谐视域下河南省农村养老问题

我国是一个农业大国,农村人口约占总人口的71%,农村老人总数约占全国老人总数的75%以上。由于社会历史的原因,解决农村老人的养老问题比城镇老人更加艰难。广大农民的迫切愿望一直是老有所养,这关系到农村能否和谐发展的问题。因此,我们应关注农村居民的养老问题,并提出一些切实可行的对策,以解决农村居民的养老问题。

On the basis of taking Henan Province as an example to analysis the existing rural old-age problem and reason, hope to be able to put forward effec- tive, practical way to solve the pension problem of rural residents.
