中原经济区人才激励模式的设计应着眼于经济区发展的大局,着眼于人才独具个性特征的个人发展、自我价值实现的高层次需求,坚持人本原则,唯才是用,静态激励与动态激励相结合,及时评估与考核激励效果,不断完善激励模式,不断促进高层次人才的科技创新,以创新促建设,以创新谋发展。
