在企业管理中,激励是对人员管理的有效措施之一,激励措施运用的好坏对企业管理起着至关重要的作用。然而,目前大多数企业都面临着这样或那样的激励问题。对目前我国企业管理中出现的激励问题进行了探讨,对该问题的解决提出了一些自己的建议和意见。

In business management, motivation is one of effective measures for personnel management, the use of the motivation measures for the business management plays a vital role. However, most organizations are faced with this kind of incentive problems. the paper make a shallow study about the incentive problems that existed in the business management and then give my own suggestions and comments.
