Good independent innovation environment is necessary,not only for carrying out the strategies of motivation innovation, but also for taking the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics. However, there are lots of barriers in our county when the independent innovation environment is concerned. On the base of system environment, policy environment, legal environment, culture environment and service environment, the essay puts forward some countermeasures to construct independent innovation environ- ment after analyzing environment barriers affecting independent innovation.
