Countermeasures of College Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation

针对高校科技成果转化少的现状进行分析,从观念与认识、科研团队建设、经费投入等方面指出了成果转化中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出转变观念、加强管理、提供政策以及加强与地方单位联系等提高高校科技成果转化的具体措施。

This paper analyzes the present situation that the scientific and technological achievements are transformed insufficient, then points out the problems existed in the concept, the construction of science group, and financial resources that restrict the transfor- mation of scientific and technological achievements. As for the existing issues, the corresponding measures in terms of changing ideas, consolidating management, providing polices and strengthening the contact with the local entities are presented.
