Research and Practice on the Reform of Training Model of Mechanical Innovative Talents in Universities

基于本科力学课程教育改革实践,结合高校专业的特点与要求,从因材施教、理论联系实际、"教""学"相长、以"教"促学、创新科研等方面对高校力学创新人才培养模式进行全面创新研究。研究对培养学生的创新意识、提高学生的创新能力和解决实际工程问题的能力具有一定的启发意义和引导作用。

With the change of China higher education from ＇ elite education＇ to ＇ popular education＇ , it is a great challenge for the mechanics teachers in the universities to train innovative talents. Based on the practice of improvement of mechanics courses teach- ing, with the professional characteristics and requirements in the universities, some innovative research about raining model of mechani- cal innovative talents in universities was conducted by teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, applying theory to reality, ＇teaching＇ and ＇learning＇ constructive, promoting learning by ＇teaching＇ , innovative research, etc. The research has some inspira- tion and guiding role on the cultivation of students＇ innovation consciousness, improving the students＇ the ability of innovating and sol- ving the engineering problems.
