Management of University Teachers in the Context of Academic Capitalism

学术资本主义是高等教育在适应外部环境与内在需求的过程中形成的,它给高校教师带来了一系列的挑战。为了更好地迎接挑战,高校在教师管理上需完善有效的培训机制、设置灵活的绩效考评体系及营造宽松的组织氛围。

Academic capitalism is formed of higher education in the process to adapt to the external environment and internal de- mand. It brings in university teachers a series of challenges. In order to better meet the challenges, colleges and universities need to im- prove the management of teachers effective mechanism for training, to set flexible performance appraisal system and create a relaxed at- mosphere of the organization.
