高校辅导员队伍专业化的现实困境及路径选择

Reality Predicament and Path Choice of University Counselor Teams' Professionalization

辅导员队伍的专业化程度决定着大学生思想政治教育的效果和学生培养质量,当前高校辅导员队伍建设面临着专业化时间不足、深度不够、效果打折等现实困境。建设专业化的辅导员队伍,应从科学设置辅导员岗位职责、夯实专业理论基础、提供良好的科研环境和完善考评机制等方面采取措施。

The counselors are the organizer, executor and mentor of the university students about daily political education and management , the level of counselors ＇ professionalization, determines the result of university students＇ ideological and political educa- tion ,and the quality of training students. At present, the professionalization of counselor teams are faced with realistic problems, for instance, specialization of lack the time, no enough depth, the effect of discount etc. Building the counselors＇ professionalization should be done in these aspects, include the job responsibilities of counselors, pragmatic the basis professional theory, provide a good scientific research environment and improve the evaluation mechanism etc.
