摘要
可雇佣性是关系到大学生就业的一个核心概念。在高等教育大众化的背景下,在高等院校教学过程中融入学生可雇佣性的培养,是促进大学生就业的重要手段。学科的差异性使不同专业可雇佣性培养的途径与模式也体现出差异性。应基于公共管理专业的特点,在专业课程教学中融入可雇佣性教育,以有利于大学生获取就业能力并胜任将来工作岗位。
Employment is a core concept related to the employment of graduates. In the background of the popularization of higher education, it is a important measure to promote employment of university graduates that inserts the employability education into the course teaching. There is a big difference in the level and mode about the Employability education for the different subject. Based on the characteristics of public administration subject, this article studies how to insert the employability education into course teaching of public administration subject.
