摘要
目的 :了解革兰氏阴性杆菌对多种广谱抗生素的耐药情况。方法 :应用API鉴定系统及K B法对菌株进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果 :12种常用抗生素中 ,敏感性最好的是头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦 (90 % ) ,其次是亚胺硫霉素 (80 % )、氧哌嗪青霉素 /他唑巴坦 (75 % )、头孢他啶 (6 0 % ) ,最差的是羟氨苄青霉素 /克拉维酸 ;革兰氏阴性杆菌的耐药性呈现了不断增高的趋势。结论 :菌种不同耐药特点不同 ,其耐药率逐年上升 ,应引起临床重视。
Objective:To investigate the resistance of the gram negative bacteria.Methods:Bacteria were identified with API system by bioMerieux company France.The susceptible tests were done by K B method according to NCCLS standards.Results:The gram negative bacteria had the highest susceptibility to cefoperazone/sulbactam(90%),and had higher susceptibility to imipeneum,piperacillin/tazobactam,ceftazidime(80%,75%,60%,respectively),the lowest susceptibility to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid among 12 antibiotics.The resistance of gram negative bacteria increased successively.Conclusion:The resistance of the gram negative to antibiotics differ red from different strains.The resistant rates increased year after year.We should pay more attention on the phenomenon.
