摘要
目的 :建立雄性大鼠前肢主动运动模型并观察其对去势雄性大鼠尺、桡骨骨量减少的影响。方法 :建立前肢主动运动取食动物模型并去势以观察尺骨、桡骨部位骨量的影响。6月龄大鼠按体重随机分为 5组。(1 )对照组 ;(2 )假手术组 +正常高度笼 ;(3)双侧睾丸切除组 +正常高度笼 ;(4)假手术组 +模型组 ;(5)双侧睾丸切除组 +模型组。结果 :模型组大鼠的尺、桡骨骨皮质都有显著增加。结论 :大鼠前脚趾掌主动运动对远端尺骨和远端桡骨有良好的作用 ,可有效地防止雄性去势大鼠相应部位的骨量丢失。
Objective:To establish a raised cage model to make rats rose in bipedal stance for feeding,and observe the effect on the bone mass in distal ulna and radius of orchidectomized rats Methods:Six month old male SD rats were divided randomly into five body weight match groups:(1)control;(2)sham orchidectomized and housed in normal height cage;(3)bilaterally orchidectomized and housed in normal height cage;(4)sham orchidectomized and housed in the raised cage;(5)bilaterally orchidectomized and housed in the raised cage After twelve weeks,labeled cross sections of the distal ulna and radius were used for bone histomorphometric analysis Results:There was a significant increase in bone mass in cortical area of the ulna and radius in the raised cage model Conclusion:Making rats rise in bipedal stance could increase the bone mass in the distal ulna and radius,and prevent bone loss in these areas in the orchidectomized rats
