高校旅游管理专业实践性教学探究——以贵州省为例

近年来,随着贵州人民生活水平的提高,贵州人民越来越注意精神生活需求的满足。同时,随着全国交通系统的日益完善与贵州旅游业发展的吸引,越来越多的外地人开始踏足贵州各个景点。二者的结合既推动了贵州旅游业的发展,也对旅游专业人才需求提出了更高的要求。但贵州高校的旅游管理专业教学活动、教学效果还存在一定的问题,特别是对于学生的实践性教学做得不够,很难培养出现阶段旅游行业发展所需要的复合型人才。故此,要推进贵州旅游业的发展,就必须做好贵州高校的旅游管理专业的实践性教学改革与推广工作。

Living standards in Guizhou Province improved more and more in recent years. People pay more and more attention to the spiritual life. At the same time, along with the national traffic system increasingly perfect and the development of Guizhou tourism attraction, more and more foreigners explore the various scenic spots in Guizhou. They not only promote the development of tourism in Guizhou, but also put forward higher requirements for tourism professional talents. There are some problems in teaching activities and effect of tourism management specialty in Guizhou colleges, especially in the students＇ practice teaching. So it is difficult to cultivate compound talents which are now required by tourism industry. Therefore, to promote the development of tourism industry in Guizhou, we must do a good job for practical teaching reform of tourism management specialty and spread it in Guizhou colleges and universities.
