The doctrine of informed consent bases on guarantying the right of patient self-determination, emphasizes the fully inform of doctor is the premise of the patient＇ known right. It has attracted widespread attention in outside medical practice, and accumulated much mature experience. This article suggests establishing the doctrine of informed consent in our country, defining the inform obligation, the inform standard, the consent of the patients and other related problems, focusing on improving the current sit- uation of information asymmetry information and promoting the harmonious of doctor-patient relationship.
