高校学风建设对于学生个人成长成才、高校办学水平以及学习型社会的建设都至关重要。当前,高校学风问题日益突出。针对高校学风建设中存在的问题及特点,可将管理学中的PDCA循环理论引入高校学风建设中,建立高校学风建设的长效模式,促进高校优良学风的形成。

The style of study in universities is vital to students＇ personal growth and success, the universities＇ academic level as well as the construction of learning society. However, the problems of study style in universities are outstanding now. In view of the existing problems and its features, we can use the theory of PDCA cycle in management for reference, to establish a long-term model for the construction of study style in universities and promote the formation of a fine style.
