配偶同步健康教育对全子宫切除术后患者夫妻性生活满意度的影响

Effects of spouse synchronization health education on sexuality and intimacy of patients undergoing total hysterectomy

目的探讨实施配偶同步健康教育对全子宫切除术后患者夫妻性生活满意度的影响。方法将2008年6月—2011年11月经腹行全子宫切除术的100例患者夫妻随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者住院期间按照健康教育路径法接受常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上夫妻同步参与健康教育,比较2组患者夫妻在手术前后性生活的满意度。结果观察组患者夫妻双方术前后性生活满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组患者夫妻双方术后性生活满意度均较术前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对全子宫切除术患者和配偶实施同步健康教育,有助于提高术后夫妻双方的性生活满意度。

Objective To understand the effects of spouse synchronization health education on sexuality and intimacy of those patients having had total hysterectomy.Method The spouses of 100 patients undergoing abdominal total hysterectomy from June 2008 to November 2011 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group accepted conventional health education during hospitalization in accordance with health education path.The spouses of observation group synchronously participated in health education on this basis.The sex life satisfactions of patient spouses in the two groups before and after the surgery were compared.Results the sex life satisfactions of the patient spouses in the observation group before and after surgery were compared.The difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.The sex life satisfaction of the patient spouses in the control group after surgery was lower than that before the surgery.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of synchronous health education of the patients and spouses undergoing total hysterectomy is beneficial for improving the sex life satisfaction of spouses after surgery.
