杭州市251258名7岁以下儿童肥胖检出率分析

An analysis on obesity of 251,258 children under 7 years of age in Hangzhou

目的探索杭州市7岁以下儿童肥胖的发生情况,为制定儿童肥胖干预策略提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样,对2011年度251258名7岁以下儿童进行身高、体重的测量,以WHO的标准进行评价,身高比体重≥10%为超重,≥20%为肥胖。结果肥胖的总检出率为3.51%,男性、女性分别为3.77%、3.23%,存在显著差异(χ2=53.822,P<0.01)。0～2岁儿童肥胖检出率随年龄增加而下降,3岁开始又呈上升趋势,6～7岁为3.34%。甲级幼儿园明显高于普通幼儿园(χ2=327.461,P<0.01)。结论我市7岁以下儿童肥胖发生率在年龄、性别和不同级别幼儿园之间均存在差异,应针对不同人群积极制定有效的预防措施。

Objective To study the obesity of children under 7 years of age in Hangzhou.Methods Stratified-clustered-random sampling was used.251258 children under 7 years of age in 2011 were assessed for height and body weight.Overweight and obesity were defined by the weight for height of WHO reference,being over 10% as overweight and being over 20% as obesity.Results The rate of obesity was 3.51%,with 3.77% for boys and 3.23% for girls.There was a significant difference.This rate of obesity of children aged at 0-2 demonstrated in a descending trend from 5.85% to 2.46% with increasing age.The rate increased after 3 years old and reached 3.34% for 6-7 years old.The rate of obesity of children in grade A kindergartens was significantly higher than that of the other grades.Conclusion The obesity of children under 7 years of age in Hangzhou was significantly different in different ages,different gender and different kindergartens.It suggested that appropriate intervention measures should be taken in different groups of people.
