缝隙连接蛋白与中枢系统疾病研究进展

摘要 缝隙连接作为电突触的结构基础,相邻细胞的通讯通道,近年来倍受关注。缝隙连接蛋白参与了多种疾病的发生发展过程。文章就近十年的文献,对缝隙连接蛋白与中枢系统疾病之间的研究进行回顾及总结。 Gap junction as electrical synapses structure foundation and adjacent cell channel of communication have been the subject of study of many researchers in recent years.Gap junction protein contributes to the development of a variety of diseases.This paper provides a review of the studies conducted over the past 10 years on gap junction protein and central nervous system diseases.
