龈下刮治术及根面平整术联合局部用药治疗牙周病的临床疗效观察

The clinical curative effects of subgingival curettage,scaling and root planing combined with local medication in treating periodontal disease

目的观察龈下刮治术、根面平整术两者联合并结合局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏缓释用药治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法选取2008年3月到2011年3月在我院接受治疗的牙周病患者60例,按照计算机随机分组的方式将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组均为30例。实验组患者给予龈下刮治术、根面平整术两者联合并结合局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏缓释治疗,而对照组患者仅仅给予龈下刮治术、根面平整术治疗。对比两组患者的总体有效率及治疗后牙周的各项观察指标(牙齿松动度,龈沟出血指数,探诊深度,菌斑指数)。结果实验组患者的总体治疗有效率为93.33%显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05),在术后牙周各项观察指标的恢复上,实验组也要显著好于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论龈下刮治术、根面平整术两者联合并结合局部应用盐酸米诺环素软膏缓释治疗牙周病的临床疗效显著。

Objective To understand the clinical curative effects of subgingival curettage,scaling and root planning combined with local application of minocycline hydrochloride on periodontal disease.Method 60 cases of periodontal disease patients treated at our hospital from March 2008 to March 2011 were divided them into an experimental group and a control group according to computer random grouping.Each group has 30 cases.Subgingival curettage,scaling and root planning combined with local application of minocycline hydrochloride were given to the experimental group＇s patients,while just subgingival curettage,scaling and root planning were given to the control group.Compared these two groups＇ overall effective rate and various indexes of periodontal.Results the experimental group＇s overall treatment effective rate was 93.33%.It was obviously higher than that of the control group（73.33%）,P0.05.With regard to recovery of various periodontal indexes,the experimental group＇s were obviously better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Subgingival curettage,scaling and root planing combined with local application of minocycline hydrochloride has significant clinical curative effects on periodontal diseases.
